Please read these Payment Terms and Conditions (“Payment Terms”) carefully. These terms govern your payment for services on MatchBuilder.in (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Services and Plans
We offer services on a per-tournament basis. When you create a tournament, you will be prompted to select a plan (e.g., “Basic” or “Premium”). The features available for your tournament will be based on the plan you select.
We may offer a free promotional period. Any tournament created during this specified period will be granted a “Premium” plan for the duration of that specific tournament at no cost. This promotion does not apply to tournaments created after the promotional end date.
2. Payment
To activate a tournament created after the promotional period, you must pay the fee associated with your selected plan.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are due at the time of tournament activation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes will not affect tournaments that have already been paid for.
- You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes (such as GST) associated with your purchase.
- All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your sensitive payment card details.
3. Billing
You will be billed once per tournament. This is a one-time charge to activate the features for that single event. There are no recurring subscriptions for the tournament service.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Once you have paid to activate a tournament, you have received the full digital service, and we cannot offer a refund, regardless of whether you proceed to run, complete, or cancel your tournament.
We advise you to ensure your tournament details and plan selection are correct before making a payment.
5. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding any charge, you must contact us at [Your Support Email] within 7 days of the transaction.
